Message Because in some cases it's cheaper to drive another car.

Some people have a very short (less than 10 mile) commute to work, and the oil might not ever get up to proper operating temperature in that short of a drive.

Some cars get better milage, and insurance costs might be lower if one owned a daily driver.

Some people work with idiots, who haven't figured out how to park next to another car without causing damage.

There are also people that drive in traffic that haven't figured out that using turn signals is a good thing.

And some people have figured out that a gym bag tends to get wet and muddy while sitting on a soccer field, and that mud gets transfered to the vehicle that transported the bag and player to the field.

One might own a rally car. :=)

Those are a few reasons one might not drive their Zs on a daily basis.
